I wanted to know if there is a way to save the alpha for each item (set from the mesh body hud)? Like, if one outfit requires the me to alpha out the entire arm, can I save it that way, and then switch to another outfit that requires me to show my full arm, and it will automatically fix the alpha to the way I saved for that outfit? If there is not a way, is it possible to see that feature in the future? Likewise, to save the same position for feet on our body huds?

If you have an alpha layer in your inventory, it will work seamlessly with Wardrobe (it will add the alpha when you put on the item along with the other attachments and layers in the folder and take it off again when you remove the item).

If you need to set the alpha through a body HUD, it's not something that Wardrobe can do for you directly, but the body creators supply attachments to which you can save your alpha settings. So you could create such an attachment (Maitreya calls them "save sticks"), that you place in the folder along with your item's wearables, and it will apply the saved alpha when you add the outfit.
