can you delete the whole base body

Wardrobe itself doesn't check if you're wearing something or not; you can delete an item at any time. If you want to start over completely, you could clear your Wardrobe on the Wardrobe web page from Preference > Wardrobe Content, and click the "Clear Wardrobe" button.
