how do I open the Tags list on the left of web page

When I go to web page, I dont see where I can open the Tags list on the left to display my wardrobe items

If the Tags Bar isn't shown on your Wardrobe web page, tick View > Tags to show it again:

If "Tags" is already ticked, try resetting the page layout (in the same dropdown menu) to restore the layout to the original, which will show the Tags Bar again.
