Auto Import after purchase not working

Question 1

I have made a few purchases inworld and the items are not being auto imported. Do I need to do anything special? I do not see anything about this in the manual. I am using Firestorm and RLV is enabled.

For Auto-import to work, the shop has to support it. You could check in the brand directory (Tools > Brand Directory). The entries with a yellow flash do support auto-import.
