Rulebook not always executing.

Question

I've set up a host of simple rulebook rules for adding things via a channel, like /1face adds a facial animation HUD.  I've noticed new ones I create don't seem to work after saving and updating the ruleset to the HUD.  I've counted and it appears any rule I create after rule #20 in a ruleset does not work.   If I move that same rule up in the order it works just fine.  Is there an unwritten limit on the number of rules withing a given ruleset?

There is indeed a limit. Only so much data can be transmitted to the HUD, and 20 rules sound like a lot, so you might just run into that limit.

I'll improve it and display a warning that not all the rules were transmitted if the limit was hit.
