Waredrobe working for me, not someone give link (only them)

Hey there

I seem to have an odd issue, my waredrobe and so for a friend works fine, but when one friend (from Ukrain) they seem to be able to see the items in the waredrobe but they cant control it ( see what in folders but infinite "Loading worn outfit")

Is there a chance the issue is known? and is there a way to fix it?

Hey, sorry for the late reply
The link works generally, it seems they just can't see items or use them (like the UI loads, but no items show)
It does work for someone else using the same link

I am unsure if its related, but there from Ukraine, maybe something is blocked from there?
