Hi there.

After a year of use, I suddenly seem unable to add items. I do everything I normally would, I have tried adding from a flickr link or even an uploaded image, then I fill in the details... but once I hit nothing happens.

I have tried leaving it for a long time after hitting submit and nothing.

There is sometimes a loading bar that appears in the bottom of the add item window, after I hit submit, stating: Please wait. The data is being uploaded...

But still nothing happens.

It does initially pull in the data from flickr or where ever into the add item window.. the image appears with the data, but nothing seems to saved when I submit.

Any help would be amazing xx

Only issue I can think is the images your trying to upload are too large for Wardrobe to down scale them. If that is not the case then I suggest reaching out to Carlyle eithe via NC in SL or on the discord server so she can check to see if your data in the system is fine.

Also, in addition to what Mareth said, you could check if there is any error in the "Console" window in the developer tools of the browser (you open them by hitting the F12 key).

If you can see a red error, please forward the error message to me.

Heya! So I figured out issues relating to the matter. I use a Mac and have never had an issue using CTS with the default browser, Safari.

Recently my Mac OS was updated to the latest one, Sonoma. Which obviously included updates to Safari.

In Safari now I've uncovered that the only items I can add are when I can paste the UUID. Anything else does not get added.

I tried using Google chrome and suddenly every type of link for adding items works again.

So the new version of safari has not been compatible.

I hope this is helpful and if there's any fix besides using a different browser I would love to know xxx
