I would like when i clic on "take that outfit of if it is worn" i can hide or unhide a part of my mesh body corresponding automatically

Clothing usually comes with that functionality built in.

If not, you can create your own auto-hiders (at least for Maitreya Lara, I don't know about the other bodies).
