RLV Folders what are they

Question

I'm new to SL. Bought the wardrobe today. Testing how it works. Can't do anything with the test items because I get error saying I don't have RLV folders. What are they, how do I get them? I have RLV enabled in Firestorm but I am confused.

I cannot answer directly but I recently started using Wardrobe, like you was unsure.
This youtube video and the rest my not be the best ever but I went from WHAT to a fully functioning ,. organised wardrobe. She even starts, this video, with how to buy it. >Total Beginners dream

RLV basically is a tool to interact with the viewer from scripts (even though it originally has been invented for very specific purposes).

The RLV folder is just a folder at the top level in your inventory, i.e., directly below "Inventory", which must be called #RLV. This is the only folder in your inventory that RLV can interact with.

If it doesn't exist yet, just created it manually.
When you're using  an RLV-enabled viewer, it will show with a special symbol, indicating that it is a system folder.
